DoToo Foo is running for CSM, the Council of Stellar Management.
While I will always pipe up with my own 2 ISK regardless of being on the council or not, being elected would allow me to make CCP listen a little more to what I have to say on your behalf. (This in no way requires CCP to do what I say.)
